The session featured keynote guest speaker Shri Parthasarathy N.S, Managing Partner at Mela Ventures and Co-founder of Mindtree, who shared valuable insights on building startups, scaling ventures, and creating meaningful impact. The discussion emphasized the importance of resilience, innovation, and entrepreneurial mindset in today’s dynamic business ecosystem. With experienced leaders sharing their knowledge and experiences, TiECon Bhubaneswar continues to empower entrepreneurs, foster innovation, and strengthen Odisha’s startup ecosystem.

TiE Bhubaneswar participated in the Bhoomi Pujan Ceremony of SiCSem Pvt. Ltd.’s Compound Semiconductor Manufacturing Facility at Info Valley, Bhubaneswar, led by Shri Ayaskanta Mohanty, President, TiE Bhubaneswar. The ceremony was attended by Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Mohan Charan Majhi, Hon’ble Union Minister Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw (virtually), Dr. Mukesh Mahaling, senior officials, and global semiconductor leaders. Approved under the India Semiconductor Mission, the facility will strengthen Odisha’s deep-tech ecosystem by manufacturing advanced Silicon Carbide components for defence, EVs, railways, data centres, and consumer industries. This milestone will drive innovation, high-tech manufacturing, and inspire startups to create globally competitive technologies from Odisha.

TiE Bhubaneswar conducted its Executive Committee Meeting on 11th November 2025, bringing together the Chapter’s leadership and key members to discuss upcoming initiatives, strategic priorities, and preparations for TiECon Bhubaneswar 2026. Led by Chapter President Shri Ayaskanta Mohanty, the meeting focused on strengthening engagement with entrepreneurs, expanding mentorship initiatives, and enhancing collaboration across sectors. Executive Committee members and Core Committee representatives discussed upcoming events, resource mobilization, and strategies to further support Odisha’s startup ecosystem. The session concluded with a commitment to fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and stronger industry connections across the region.

TiE Bhubaneswar celebrated women leaders who inspire, innovate, and shape the future of entrepreneurship through a special panel discussion on “Championing Women in Entrepreneurship.” The session featured Dr. Sheenu Jhawar, President of TiE Rajasthan, as the distinguished speaker. A visionary leader and ecosystem builder, Dr. Jhawar shared valuable perspectives on women-led enterprise development, growth mindset, inclusive networks, and leadership. Her insights highlighted the importance of confidence, resilience, and collaboration in creating successful ventures. TiE Bhubaneswar organized a masterclass on “Applications of AI in Healthcare: The SKIDS Way – From Symptoms to Signals” on November 29, 2025. The session was led by Mr. Raghav Panda, TiE Bhubaneswar Charter Member and CEO of SKIDS, who shared valuable insights into AI-driven healthcare solutions and their impact on child health intelligence. The discussion highlighted how artificial intelligence is enabling early diagnosis, preventive care, and improved healthcare outcomes by converting symptoms into meaningful clinical insights. The event also featured contributions from industry leaders, including Swadhin Biswal, Founder of Greenasha Planet Solutions Pvt.
