Entrepreneurial Outreach to Berhampur

TiE Bhubaneswar organized a Special Outreach Programme on March 5, 2026, at Sankalp Senior Secondary School, Ralaba, Berhampur, to strengthen entrepreneurship and innovation in the region. The event featured Mr. Kumod Kumar, President of TiE Patna, whose presence highlighted the collaborative spirit and strong network of TiE across Eastern India. Along with TiE Bhubaneswar President Mr. Ayaskanta Mohanty, he engaged with entrepreneurs and students, sharing insights on TiE’s mission, initiatives, membership benefits, and opportunities for startups. The programme witnessed active participation from the TiE Bhubaneswar delegation, including CA Rakesh Gupta, Abhitabya Pattanayak, Pravat Panda, Sarthak Epari, and other members. A significant milestone was the appointment of Mr. Sarthak Epari as Chair of TiE Bhubaneswar’s Berhampur Outreach for a two-year term, marking a new chapter in Odisha’s startup ecosystem

TiE Bhubaneswar played a key role at Startup Sync 3.0, organized by Software Technology Parks of India (STPI), Bhubaneswar, on March 14, 2026, at Pramod Lands End Resort, Gopalpur, Berhampur. As the official Ecosystem Partner, TiE Bhubaneswar contributed valuable insights and strengthened the startup ecosystem through engaging sessions. The TiE delegation delivered inspiring talks covering entrepreneurship, investment, technology, mentorship, and market strategy. Speakers including Pravat Panda, Manas Ranjan Behera, Manas Ranjan Dash, Sarthak, Bibhu Prasad Panda, Jeevan Jyoti Mahakud, and Partha Sarathi Ghosh motivated aspiring entrepreneurs with their experiences and guidance. The event was graced by Shri Manas Ranjan Panda, Director, STPI Bhubaneswar, and Dr. Sukanta Ku Mahapatra, Founder, NIST University. TiE Bhubaneswar actively participated in the 2nd IEEE IES Industry Conclave 2026 themed “Emerging Technologies Influencing Industry Application (ETIIA)” held on March 21, 2026, at Lemon Tree Premier, Bhubaneswar. TiE members led a key panel discussion on Digital Twin Technology and Cybersecurity, exploring their growing impact on modern industries. Dr. Ashwini Kumar Rath, Charter Member of TiE Bhubaneswar and Director of Batoi Systems, shared insights on digital infrastructure and intelligent industrial solutions. Mr. Rupesh Kumar Meher, Founder & CEO of iSpyCyber, highlighted the need for proactive cybersecurity strategies, while Mr. Somen Das, Associate Director at Accenture, discussed global enterprise adoption of these technologies. A TiE delegation including Mr. Swadhin Biswal, Mr. Abhijit Tripathy, Mr. Prakash Kumar Pradhan, and Mr. Pravat Panda further strengthened TiE’s presence through active engagement and networking.

The session featured inspiring addresses by **Smruti Priyadarshni Nayak**, Chair – Focused Verticals (DeepSphere), and **Abhijeet Tripathi**, Co-Chair – Focused Verticals (DeepSphere).
