Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 01-04-2025

1. Event Registration
– Participant Cancellation: Full refund if canceled 7+ days before the event (minus transaction fees). No refund within 7 days.
– TiE Cancellation: Full refund or transfer to another event.

2. Membership Fees
Non-refundable after approval. Errors/duplicates refundable upon review.

3. Workshops & Special Programs
Refund rules governed by specific terms. Default to event refund policy if unspecified.

4. Sponsorships
Non-refundable unless event is canceled. Subject to negotiation.

5. Processing Time
Refunds processed in 7–10 business days.
